Can you work full-time from our Colombo office?
Our Sri Lankan roles are office-based in Colombo. They are not remote or hybrid positions.
Do you have strong professional English?
You need confident written and spoken English to work effectively with international colleagues and clients.
Do you have at least three years’ relevant experience?
These are not starter roles. You should have three or more years of relevant experience and appropriate accounting or bookkeeping qualifications.
Would better working hours improve your career?
Our Colombo team works Monday to Friday and finishes at 6pm local time, with no routine Saturday work. That covers client teams until 1:30pm in Ireland during Irish summer time and 12:30pm during winter time.
Are you prepared to commit?
These are long-term embedded roles, not a short stop between BPO jobs. We want people who will learn the client, build trust and grow with the role.

Are you experienced enough for a senior role?
We recruit experienced Senior Bookkeepers, Accountants, Senior Accountants, Senior Auditors and Client Managers—not entry-level candidates.
Can you take ownership without being chased?
You need the judgement, reliability and communication skills to manage work independently and raise issues early.
Do you have stable internet and a reliable working environment?
These are remote roles. A dependable connection and a professional home-working setup are essential.
Can you work UK and Irish business hours?
You must be consistently online and available during the working hours agreed with the UK or Irish client team.
Are you comfortable working one-to-one with Irish and UK clients?
Most South African opportunities are client-facing. You need to communicate confidently, lead conversations and build trusted working relationships directly with clients.
Are you prepared to commit?
These are long-term embedded roles. We want senior professionals who will learn the client, take ownership and remain with the relationship as it develops.
