You have a three-month period to decide whether the placement is right for your team.
Replacement support
If the role becomes vacant, we replace the team member within 30 days. There is no monthly charge while the seat is empty.

What does the placement fee cover?
The one-off €1,950 plus VAT fee covers recruitment, assessment, our interview process, shortlist preparation and onboarding.
How many candidates will we meet?
No more than three, and usually one. Every candidate has already been interviewed twice by Around People before you meet them.
Who employs the team member?
Around People employs the team member and manages payroll, HR, equipment and ongoing performance support. They work full-time inside your business.
What does Around Certified cover?
Around Certified is the name of our training approach: role-relevant accounting skills, practical use of modern technology and preparation for your firm’s workflows. For Irish assignments, this includes local tax workflows relevant to the role. We agree your required tools and knowledge in the role brief, and confirm relevant candidate experience during selection.
How is client data handled?
The team member works inside your systems using the access permissions you set. Around People provides managed equipment and puts confidentiality and data protection arrangements in place before access begins.
What happens if our team member leaves?
These are long-term placements. After the initial fit period, both sides commit for at least 12 months. If someone leaves, your monthly fee stops and we aim to provide a replacement of comparable ability within 30 days.
