Your team member works within your systems, processes and reporting lines, and you direct the accounting work. In Colombo, they are also supported by an experienced local manager who oversees onboarding, attendance, workplace supervision, ongoing development and performance escalation. We make sure the employment and local operation run properly.

We define the role, assess each candidate against the work and interview them twice before you meet them. The technical assessment is matched to the proposed role and level. You make the hiring decision.

Your team member works in your software, follows your processes and takes responsibility for an agreed role rather than isolated tasks.
We support the seat locally
Around People manages employment, payroll and equipment. In Colombo, our local manager also supports onboarding, attendance, development and performance escalation, with clear placement and replacement terms.

Is this outsourcing?
Around People manages the employment and support structure, but the person works as a dedicated member of your team. It is different from sending batches of work to an anonymous processing provider.
Do we choose the candidate?
Yes. We normally present a focused shortlist of one to three candidates who have already been assessed and interviewed twice. You decide who is right for your team.
Is the model only about reducing cost?
No. Cost matters, but the commercial case also includes access to talent, added capacity, clearer role ownership and a supported employment model. The objective is a dependable long-term team member, not simply the lowest hourly rate.
